Tracking Number Issues
It typically takes anywhere from 24-48 hours for the mail system to scan your package and update the tracking information.
Promo codes are not valid on prior purchases. Items purchased with a promo code may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the price paid less shipping charges (unless it is a final sale item.)
Expired promo codes will not be accepted.
In the event you'd like to make an exchange for a different size or style, please return the item you want to exchange and then place a NEW order with the item/size you would like instead. This is the best way to ensure we do not run out of your desired size or style.
Where do you get your slips?
All of our slips are from Honey Slip in San Clemente. They are perfectly silky soft and come with cap sleeves!!
Please email email@example.com as soon as possible. If your order has not been sent out to the post office, there is a chance we can cancel it. If it's already gone, you'll have to wait for your order to arrive and then return it. Please see the Returns Page for more information.
We try to include measurements for every style. We will note in the description if an item seems to run a little large or small. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to ask more specific questions!

Tracking number says delivered but I can't find my package!
Your best bet is to call your local post office! (not the 800 number) They'll be able to connect with driver and hopefully provide a little more detail.
