Any unwashed, unworn and undamaged items in their original packaging may be returned for a refund. You have 14 DAYS from the day your order is delivered to you (we go by the tracking number info) to send it back. The 14-day policy is non-negotiable and no exceptions will be made. Note that all SALE items are FINAL sale and do not qualify for refund.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get your return started and include "Order Number" in the subject line.
*Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.* We have a commercial rate through USPS which is cheaper than paying retail rate at the Post Office. :)

We are not responsible for any lost returned packages and we strongly recommend keeping your tracking number and purchasing insurance.
R E F U N D
Once your returned items have been received please allow 1-3 business days for it to be processed. We will inspect the merchandise and if it meets the criteria for return, your refund will be immediately issued to the bank, LESS return charges if it applies. Please allow 5-10 business days from the day the refund was initiated for the credit to show in your bank. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
E X C H A N G E S
In the event you'd like to make an exchange for a different size or style, please return the item you want to exchange and then place a NEW order with the item/size you would like instead. This is the best way to ensure we do not run out of your desired size or style.
C L A I M S
Claims for damaged merchandise must be reported within 2 days of receiving your item(s). Please email a picture of the damaged or faulty items towith "Damaged Item" in the subject.
